Presenting with Confidence and Influence (PCI)
The impetus of PCI is to get attendees more comfortable in their own skin, increase self-awareness, learn baseline skills for communicating in a public forum, and realize that feedback is the centerpiece for continued improvement. Participants walk away better positioned to capture and keep an audience’s attention, and deliver succinct, value-driven messages, all while emanating a confident, likeable presence.

Executive Presentation Skills
This program targets those who depend on strong presentation skills to connect with prospective clients and win business, as well as leaders who must inspire team performance within their own organization. Participants will better understand how to utilize their natural strengths, and be able to identify potentially dangerous blinds spots and recognize where they might connect with an audience. Attendees walk away better equipped to develop and deliver a strong individual and organizational value proposition.

Building profitable relationships
The impetus for Building Profitable Relationships centers on transitioning transactional business relationships to breakthrough, trusting connections. Everyday interpersonal touchpoints are the mortar between the bricks that “earn the right” for spring-boarding business opportunities. This is NOT about trying to turn people into smooth sales professionals; rather the focus is on providing authentic tools so participants walk-away with a better understanding of how to elevate from competent service provider to trusted advisor.

RFP Team Presentation Coaching
Our team presentation coaching partners us with your proposed project team members, targeting a specific pursuit. These are as-needed requests where we provide objective, third-party feedback on strategy in both presentation content and delivery. With the goal to “win the room,” our consultants maximize the project team’s output. We help you solidify synergy within your project team, assure each individual is prepped and comfortable, and ultimately, differentiate this team from competition with consistent high-impact deliveries.
