Tim Hoyle is a leader in Human Psychometrics and a certified Behaviors Analyst from the Winslow Research Institute. Tim has been teaching companies the science of Human Motivation to help maximize productivity and profitability for over 20 years.
As an experienced executive meeting facilitator, Tim helps managers and teams recognize the intrinsic motivations of their employees and colleagues. Consequently, leaders are better positioned to accelerate the performance of those they lead and help their teams better execute business initiatives.
Perhaps one of Tim’s greatest assets is his ability in helping clients manage, reduce and prevent conflict by leveraging their employees' behavioral differences. As a certified mediator, Tim is passionate about helping team members align and he views all conflict as a puzzle and challenge to break through and maximize client value.

Tim lives in the Bay Area of northern California with his wife of 20 years and their two children. He loves to read and go to the “cinema,” is an ardent fan of comedy, and is a proud two-time recipient of the Toastmasters Humorous Speaking Award. He even did a stand-up routine in a bar to an audience of one---the bartender---and killed.
