Goal

This training will enable you to better understand, identify, and more effectively adapt to the variety of communication and behavior styles demonstrated by others in the workplace.  It will provide proven tools to help you manage the strengths of your own communication style, and allow you to better appreciate and work with the variety of styles you may encounter in your day-to-day work environment, thus optimizing opportunities for collaboration and improving overall relationships.

Objectives

• Explore the strengths, limitations and optimal preferences of the majority of behavioral and communication styles encountered in the workplace.
• Discover your leadership behavior and communication styles, and their effects on co-worker and client perceptions and outcomes.

• Better recognize and appreciate different personalities and behaviors, as well as the strengths that each bring to your team/organization.

• Manage your own personal style better by maximizing your strengths and minimizing/controlling your limitations. ​
