Sarah Warren is an executive coach, facilitator, and brand strategist with 20 years of experience helping founders and senior leaders get clear about what matters most, and what to do next. Whether she’s coaching one leader or facilitating a full room, she works with leaders untangling complex decisions, teams struggling to find common ground, and executives whose next stage of growth calls for a new approach.
Sarah’s practice is grounded in more than a decade of creative marketing and brand strategy, where she helped companies articulate their mission, vision, and values and bring their stories to life. Her clients have ranged from legacy brands to high-growth startups across energy, finance, fashion and luxury, and the nonprofit sector.
Along the way, Sarah noticed a common thread: the companies that lived out their mission most authentically were aligned at their core. They were clear about who they were, what mattered, and where change was needed. That insight became her bridge to coaching. Today, she helps leaders examine the boundaries of their own thinking and turn a clearer sense of purpose into a more powerful way of leading.
Sarah brings warmth and candor to her work, building trust that moves people past polished answers into deeper, more meaningful territory. One client described working with her as “throwing open the windows and letting the sunlight in.”
Sarah holds an advanced coaching certification from Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program, grounded in behavioral psychology and adult learning. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has spent more than 500 hours coaching leaders and teams.
