Vaishali Jadhav is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience building, scaling, and facilitating global programs for purpose-driven organizations. Her career began as a Consultant at the Gallup Organization, leveraging Q12™ and StrengthsFinder™ assessments to foster engaged leaders.

After earning her M.B.A. and a successful career in Washington, D.C., Vaishali transitioned to Whole Foods Market, where she played a key role in deploying the company's first competency model, co-producing the Team Member Innovation Challenge, overseeing employee engagement processes, and serving on the founding team for WFM’s Academy for Conscious Leadership—a program immersing leaders in the tenets of Conscious Capitalism.

After her time at Whole Foods, she wanted to dive deeper into the realm of leadership and technology, and facilitated global, executive programs at Indeed.com and Procore Technologies. She was also the leadership development instructor for the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Institute.  

Vaishali is a skilled facilitator and instructor, leaving a lasting impact on leadership development. Vaishali was recently named a LinkedIn Top Voice in Training and a 2024 Austin Changemaker.

An Austin enthusiast through and through, Vaishali can usually be found near live music, water, or recovering from yet another heartbreak courtesy of the Texas Longhorns.
