With a proven record spanning both hospitality and Fortune 500 consulting, Susan Levy brings more than two decades of experience in leadership development, sales effectiveness, and executive communication. Over the course of her career, Susan has facilitated more than 600 programs in leadership, sales, and communication training and coaching.
Susan began her career in the hospitality industry, where she discovered early on that exceptional performance starts with genuine care for people. Her commitment to elevating the customer experience became the cornerstone of her professional philosophy — one centered on service, connection, and impact.
As a Consultant to Fortune 500 organizations, she has partnered with C-suite leaders to align strategic and cultural objectives, designing and delivering customized programs that help executives and teams achieve measurable growth and lasting results.
Recognizing that communication is the currency of leadership, Susan now specializes in executive communication coaching and facilitation. She equips leaders and teams to craft listener-focused messages that build trust, drive alignment, and inspire meaningful action.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys the empty nester life with her husband, Aaron, taking weekend getaways that combine nature, hiking, and great food and wine. She’s an avid tennis player and cherishes time spent laughing and connecting with friends and family — especially her boys, Max and Ben.
