Dr. Ravi Rajaratnam is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with over 30 years of experience spanning technology, operations, and organizational development. A former Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Executive Partner, he brings a rare blend of strategic insight, business acumen, and human understanding to his work.

Ravi helps leaders uncover the cognitive and emotional patterns that shape how they think, decide, and influence. His coaching integrates neuroscience, executive strategy, and leadership psychology to strengthen self-awareness, resilience, cognitive agility, and executive presence. He leads with one core belief: true leadership begins with service.

He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, built high-impact leadership programs, and guided clients from organizations including Goldman Sachs, Netflix, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Walmart, and The Pokémon Company International.

A first-generation immigrant, Ravi holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Global Management, and a BSc in Computer Science. Based in San Diego, he is deeply committed to service—mentoring students, supporting veterans, advancing youth education, and aiding global communities. Ravi lives in sunny San Diego, CA with his wife, Kavita and their son and daughter.
