Nausheen Farishta is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, and coach with a decade of experience in corporate learning and development. She partners with leaders and teams across Fortune 500 companies, high‑growth organizations, and nonprofits to strengthen communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. Her work spans industries including B2B technology, marketing, retail, industrial technology, and education.

Nausheen’s international experience and dual cultural identity shape her approach to leadership and team development. She has facilitated virtually and in person for nearly 30 audiences across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, helping leaders navigate different ways of thinking and working while building stronger relationships and shared understanding.

Her experience includes discovery, design, and delivery for more than 20 leadership programs, executive and team offsites, company‑wide retreats, mentorship initiatives, and team coaching engagements. She is frequently invited back to support multi‑year leadership programs and has coached more than 25 individuals across levels and functions.

Before consulting, Nausheen spent six years building and leading the first learning and development function at a professional services firm, overseeing the full L&D lifecycle—from stakeholder discovery and learning strategy to curriculum design, facilitation, and implementation across departments.

Nausheen holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.

Outside of work, she is an avid traveler who loves exploring the world—often solo—and is always on the hunt for a great coffee. Her favorite way to recharge is spending time with her toddler niece.
