Lauren Zulli is a PCC-credentialed executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development expert with 14+ years of experience helping leaders and organizations unlock performance, navigate change, and build the conditions for lasting impact. With a decade of experience as a sustainability engineer before making a purpose-driven shift to human performance, Lauren brings a rare combination of systems thinking, scientific rigor, and deep coaching presence to her work.
Lauren partners with Fortune 500 executives, senior leaders, and teams across industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, entertainment, and retail. Her work operates at the intersection of the individual, team, and organizational level — grounded in neuroscience, cognitive behavioral psychology, and evidence-based assessment. She has coached and consulted for companies including BMW, Google, J&J, Intuit, Morgan Stanley, Starbucks, CalSTRS, MillerKnoll, and Welch's, where she also served as an Internal Executive Coach and Senior Leadership Development Strategist, leading culture integration across a global merger of more than 11,000 employees.
Known for her compassionate yet challenging whole-being approach, Lauren helps people understand what's quietly limiting their performance — and build the capabilities to move past it. Lauren holds an MBA in Sustainability from Duquesne University and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Physics & Astronomy from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y., and Energy Leadership Index.
Outside of work, Lauren brings the same curiosity and commitment to balance in her passions for surfing, yoga, cooking, and traveling.
