Laura Dellinger is an executive coach, gifted facilitator, and leadership consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders and teams thrive through growth, complexity, and high-stakes change. A former principal and president of one of the global Certified B-Corps Best for the World consultancies, she brings both executive leadership experience and a coach’s lens—focusing on trust, communication, team development, organizational culture evolution, and sustainable, high-impact performance. She has coached and facilitated for Fortune 100–500 companies including Sony, LinkedIn, Google, HP, Gilead Pharmaceuticals, FICO, Coinbase, Foot Locker, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, and U.S. government agencies such as USDA, USDOI, and USHHS, as well as some of the world’s largest NGOs and Foundations. 

Known for creating transformational learning environments that strengthen communication, collaboration, and team leadership, Laura helps individuals and groups move from insight to action and lasting change. Her work delivers measurable impact—helping leaders communicate with clarity, influence with authenticity, and achieve results that elevate performance and culture. In addition to her executive coaching and facilitation work, she has served as Adjunct Faculty in Speech Communication at Oregon State University and Portland State University and provides coaching in communication and presentation effectiveness as part of developing confident, credible leadership presence. Laura has a grounded, relationship-first approach to her work and her life —believing that exceptional leadership is both strategic and deeply human. 

Laura loves to travel, believes she was Italian in an other life, and can’t live without a cat. She invests time in a range of organizations that influence how we live, work, play and learn. As a board member (and often Chair) she finds joy in service. Her favorite role in life is being Aunt Laura, she has 22 nieces and nephews ranging from 2 to 35 years old, which makes the holidays a little tricky.
