Emma Flack, EdD, ACC, is an executive coach, organizational strategist, and leadership facilitator with 25+ years advising senior teams—from television newsrooms to global boardrooms. An ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), she empowers leaders to articulate vision, manage complexity, drive transformation, and build resilient, high-performing teams.

Emma blends senior in-house experience with external advisory roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, Banco Popular Puerto Rico, Towers Watson, and Halliburton. She designs and delivers executive development programs in emotional intelligence, change leadership, team dynamics, and conflict management, and has guided leaders through mergers, onboarding, and high-stakes transitions.
