Eileen is an executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and organizational development consultant who brings a rare blend of coaching expertise, leadership insight, and real‑world operational experience. After 27 years leading teams and navigating complex organizational challenges herself, she now partners with leaders across government, nonprofit, and private‑sector organizations to expand their leadership capacity, strengthen their influence, and lead with greater clarity and impact.
Recognized for her direct yet deeply supportive approach, Eileen challenges clients to move beyond surface‑level fixes and explore the beliefs, assumptions, and habits shaping their leadership. She creates honest, growth‑oriented conversations that help leaders see themselves more clearly, navigate complexity with greater confidence, and lead with intentionality and courage. Eileen has coached hundreds of frontline supervisors, emerging leaders, mid‑level managers, and senior executives, helping them strengthen strategic thinking, communicate with confidence, manage people more effectively, and increase organizational impact. Her facilitation style is engaging, practical, and grounded in adult development theory and the realities leaders face every day.
She holds a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Adult Education, a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, and an ICF Professional Coaching Certification. She is certified in numerous leadership and assessment tools, including EQ‑i 2.0 & 360, Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessments, AQai, MBTI, Influence Style Indicator, and Strength Deployment Inventory.
Her clients include organizations such as Lyft, UPS, JPMorgan Chase, the Department of Defense, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. She is particularly effective with leaders preparing for broader responsibilities, transitioning into new roles, or navigating increasing complexity and change.
Outside of work, Eileen embraces challenge and adventure. She has completed 27 marathons, biked across Florida, skydived, skied, and hiked internationally. Having lived in nine U.S. states and abroad in Germany with her husband, Ad, she brings curiosity, resilience, and a global perspective to her life and her work.
