Brandon Addison is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership advisor with decades of experience helping high-capacity CEOs, executive teams, and business owners move from reactive and fragmented to grounded, present, and impactful.
He has partnered with New York Times bestselling authors, senior government officials, and Fortune 500 organizations to guide transformative change. His clients have included Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, Thrivent Financial, and Novavax, along with organizations across the private and nonprofit sectors. As a coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker, Brandon works with leaders on executive presence, emotional intelligence, team alignment, conflict navigation, organizational change, and sustainable leadership effectiveness. He also serves as Denver Area Chair with C12 Forums, a leading peer advisory organization for CEOs and business owners.
Brandon brings a distinctive blend of neuroscience, organizational change, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed practice, and cross-sector leadership experience to every engagement. Clients describe him as catalytic, insightful, and deeply present—someone who creates the conditions for meaningful growth and lasting change.
He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, certified in Family Business Advising through the Family Firm Institute, and holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Human Development and Leadership. He is currently completing doctoral studies focused on neuroscience and transformative change.
In a previous life, Brandon was a marathon runner, a professional whitewater river guide, and a certified alligator wrestler—yes, that is a thing, and no, he does not do it anymore. He lives outside Denver, Colorado, with his wife Amy and their two children.
