Since 1994, Laura Armstrong has helped clients all over the world communicate more effectively and streamline stronger performance outcomes. She has trained over 20,000 individuals and has been the lead facilitator for over 500 professional development programs coast-to-coast in 45 states and internationally in Canada, England, Australia and the Philippines. She has worked as a corporate trainer, sales director, management development consultant and has served as a regional director for Best Buddies International, a non-profit organization.

Laura's diverse roles and experiences have allowed her to work with many professional perspectives including Financial Services, Advertising, Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical industries. She is proud to name ABN-AMRO, Kraft Foods, J. Walter Thompson and Sears, Roebuck and Co. as clients.

When she is not sharing communication tools and professional insights, you will find Laura spending quality time with her family in La Grange Park, IL. She lives with her husband, Jeff, their son, Luke, their daughters, Marlo and Ava, and their yellow lab, Leo. Barbeques, bonfires, nature walks and bowling are among their favorite activities.
