Julie has over 20 years’ leadership development experience in corporate and non-profit environments and in a variety of different industries, including healthcare, financial services, high tech, and more. Julie obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Training and Human Development from UC Berkeley and a BA in Advertising and Communication Studies. She is a Certified Facilitator in a multitude of topics, including DISC Communications, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, Rapid Conflict Resolution, and many other leadership programs. Julie is also a Master Trainer and has certified other professionals in leadership training and presentation skills. Additionally, Julie received her Coaching Certification from the Association of Talent Development and is a sought-after Executive Coach, combining all of her education and experience to co-create profound change with her clients. Julie enjoys living in Ashland, Oregon with her husband and cat, Sassafras. In her free time, she enjoys attending live theater, concerts, and walks in beautiful nature. She has explored an improv artform called Playback Theater, and puts those skills to use daily, composing and singing songs to her furry feline baby. |
