Teri Jablonski | Executive Coach
Teri has a knack for quickly establishing rapport and builds coaching relationships with clients that foster trust and mutual respect, all within a safe, supportive environment. Using direct communication during coaching sessions allows her to provide clear feedback and helps clients to reframe and articulate thoughts for the greatest positive impact, expediting targeted development results.
Teri holds a Master’s Degree in English from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in English from Kalamazoo College. She also holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Rayner Institute and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Her client list includes the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Turner Construction, AbbVie, Essendant (formerly United Stationers), Robert Morris University and Luneau Technology, a multinational medical device company. Teri’s combination of experience and education helps those she coaches to explore past challenges and embrace new perspectives together. During her tenure at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, she worked with individuals from China, Cameroon, Nigeria, Israel, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and France. These experiences, in addition to her proficiency in Spanish, many years of teaching English as a Second Language and study abroad in Madrid, Spain, have provided her with an enhanced level of cultural competence. When not coaching for Victory Consulting, Teri volunteers for PeopleCare Inc., a locally based non-profit established by her husband's grandmother, Helen (when she was already in her late 70s, no less!), to take care of "old people." Teri grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan and moved to Chicagoland shortly after graduating from college. She currently resides in La Grange Park with her husband, Scott, and three children, Matthew, Lauren, and Lindsay. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Teri likes to travel, take her dog Scooter for walks in the woods, read anything she can get her hands on, and watch her beloved World Champion Chicago Cubs. |
