Our proven four-step process we lead you through allows you to attract, develop and retain top talent. This includes:

  1. Needs Analysis
    • Interviews / Focus Groups: Facilitate live meetings to better understand specific pain points and integral messages for the initiative to succeed
    • Determine how does this initiative ties into organizational values, mission and vision
  2. Design and develop custom program(s)
    • Entwine the values and objectives of your culture with proven adult learning theory that creates interactive and behavior-based experiential learning.
    • Develop content and the appropriate materials (workbooks, job aids, program handouts, etc.) for in-class use and post-program reference.
    • Create facilitator's manuals so all of your internal trainers have a consistent playbook.
  3. Measurement
    • Develop methodology, which demonstrates Return on Investment (ROI) for reaching desired results.
    • Integrate program tools into every day office/job site application.
  4. Transition to End Users
    • Train your internal trainers to assure content is relevant and behavior based
