Joe Takash

Joe Takash - keynote speakerAs a behavior strategist and executive presentation consultant, Joe Takash has helped clients secure more than one billion dollars of new business. He is a keynote speaker, media resource, business author and the president of Victory Consulting.

Joe Takash delivers opening keynote and general session presentations in the areas of Leadership, Customer/Client Service Excellence, Presentation Skills and Employee Motivation. In the last twenty years, Joe has delivered more than 3,000 speaking programs throughout the country. Joe's clients include Prudential, American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Turner Construction, Provena Hospitals, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Lillibridge Healthcare and Century 21.

Joe Takash is a business author, syndicated writer and columnist. His book, "Results Through Relationships: Building Trust, Performance and Profit through People" was released in 2008 (Wiley).

Joe is the president and founder of Victory Consulting, a national corporate training and development firm. Victory Consulting partners with clients on performance management in the areas of corporate training, business coaching, meeting facilitation, leadership, team building and curriculum development.

Joe was raised on the south side of Chicago and is married to his beautiful wife Sarah. They reside in LaGrange Park, IL with three wonderful children, Willy, Maggie and Tony, and two bulldogs, Rocco and Carmella. Joe is a fervent sports and music fan and enjoys fitness as lifestyle habit. When he feels like getting crazy, Joe cruises the open road of the suburbs in the family's powder-blue minivan.

Joe Tabers

As a seasoned professional speaker, author and management consultant Joe quickly connects with leadership audiences from the executive level to front-line supervisors.

Over the last twenty years he has worked with over 400 different organizations to help improve workplace effectiveness by strengthening Leadership, Team and Supervisory skills. Since 1984 Joe has professionally conducted over 2,700 highly rated programs for audiences in more than forty states and three countries. Over 98% of clients ask him back for additional sessions.

Joe has authored over twenty practical skill-building workbooks in bottom-line business communication areas including: Effective Leadership/Supervisory skills, Organizational Teamwork and Quality Customer Service.

Joe’s breadth of experience has allowed him the privilege of working with leaders in diverse industries from automotive, manufacturing and engineering to healthcare, government and financial organizations. His engaging, hands-on interactive learning approach includes extensive training in adult learning methodology.

Joe is a twenty four-year member of the National Speakers Association, and one of less than 10% of their over 5000 international members to be earn the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation from the National Speakers Association. It recognizes a commitment to ongoing education, proven speaking experience and ethical behavior. Joe is past president of the Professional Speakers Association of Michigan and a member of the American Society for Training and Development.

Joe lives in the Detroit area with his wife Betty and two sons.

Calvin Iwema

Calvin IwemaCalvin's unique strength is the perspective he brings to clients. He is among only a handful of coaches who have both real-world experience from working inside Corporate America and professional psychological training and experience. This allows Calvin to better understand the crossover between the client's personal inner landscape and bottom-line business results.

Calvin’s approach allows clients to gain awareness and insight into their behavior and communication patterns, and more importantly to use this awareness as the foundation for lasting change. This is coupled with a persistent focus on translating self-understanding into sustainable behavior change, thus mitigating common workplace challenges and enhancing his client’s existing strengths and focus on results. Calvin’s level of commitment and the quality of relationships he builds has made him a favorite among his clients.

Having experience working across a variety of industries including software, financial and professional services, Calvin has most recently provided coaching and training services to a $1 billion Real Estate Investment Firm over a two year span. The client CEO described his work as "an out-of-the-park, overall success that has impacted our company and culture greatly."

Calvin holds a MA in Counseling Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Economics from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a graduate of Coach U Coaching University. Calvin is a licensed counselor in the State of Illinois and a member of the Illinois Counseling Association.

Tim Hoyle

Tim HoyleTim Hoyle is a consultant specializing in improving team performance. He has worked all over the country consulting on self-awareness, business relationships and leadership development. He considers himself an expert layman in the area of motivation and communication.

As a trainer, speaker and coach, Tim has worked with a vast array of clients, including Valero Refinery, Eichleay Engineering, Coldwell Banker, CBS Radio, Turner Construction, Major League Soccer, Lillibridge Healthcare, Northwest Mutual Financial and the California Prison System.

Tim is most passionate about working with teams so they can better learn to understand and appreciate each others’ unique strengths and leveragethese opportunities for stronger results. He has an exceptional ability to get clients to open up and he provides simple diagnostics which lead to sustainable change, self-confidence and performance. He also prefers to have fun along the way and uses liberal doses of humor.

Tim lives in Northern California with his a wife Lynn, a son named Timmy (8) and a daughter named Sarah, (6). He considers his family the driving force in his life. When not relaxing with the family he has been known to occasionally slip out to the golf course.

Denise Forsythe

Denise ForsytheDenise works with intact leadership teams, high potentials, and individual executives to take their leadership to the next level. She has successfully worked with top-level management of global and large-scale companies in a number of industries. Denise is a highly versatile leadership development professional. She is recognized for her strength and depth of leadership character, and sophisticated skills in one-on-one work with executives.

Previously, Denise was a leadership development consultant at Allstate where she created a multi-faceted leadership development program for high potentials. Prior to that, she spent 17 years in “Big 5” consulting as an Associate Partner at Accenture and held a wide variety of roles including Executive Coach to a top executive, Director of Market Launch Management for Sprint PCS, Global Director of Marketing, and Project Manager for numerous complex software development projects.

Denise has a Masters degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology. She has been designated a Certified Executive Coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Denise is certified in a number of leadership instruments from the Center for Creative Leadership, Management Research Group, Lominger, and others.

Denise is a native Chicagoan. She lives with her husband Aric, 5-year old daughter Carli, 2-year old twins Jack and Lila, and dog Hansel. She loves art, especially sharing her husband’s hobby of glassblowing.

Susan Vroman

Susan VromanSusan brings 15 years of experience as both an internal and external Organizational Effectiveness expert. Susan’s passion and expertise lies in values-based leadership development and profit-centered culture development; she has demonstrated superior results in designing and creating engaged workforces with direct business results.

Susan has served as an Executive Coach to senior executives and rising stars. She has designed and used tools such as 360 degree questionnaires and helped leaders recognize their impact (versus their intent). She has also designed and developed learning and development programming for leadership development, supervisory effectiveness, and soft-skills effectiveness. She is known for her high energy in delivery and assurance that participants’ experiences are respected as they are active and engaged in learning.

Susan has also led Change Management initiatives ranging from organizational re-engineering to accommodate new process and systems implementations to culture assimilation preparing for and in the aftermath of mergers and acquisitions.

Susan’s work experience spans several industries including Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Healthcare, Senior Housing, Manufacturing, Government, and Telephony. She also is adjunct faculty at two New England Colleges in topics including Leadership and Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Leading Teams, Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Development.

Susan holds her undergraduate degree in Communication and Human Resource Development from James Madison University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies from Harvard University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Predictive Index (PI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and in DiSC.
